Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Funda FML Extractor ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

Funda FML Extractor is a web-based service that extracts Floor Model Language (FML) files from Funda property listings. The service:

• Accepts Funda property URLs as input
• Extracts and provides access to FML files associated with those properties
• Caches results to improve performance and reduce load on Funda's servers
• Provides a user-friendly interface for accessing FML data

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to abuse or overload the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Use the Service to compete with or harm Funda or its services

Intellectual Property

All content and materials available through the Service, including but not limited to:

• FML files and property data belong to Funda and are subject to their terms of service
• Our service interface, design, and functionality are our intellectual property
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission

Third-Party Services

Our Service interacts with third-party services:

• Funda.nl: We access Funda's public property listings and FML files
• AWS S3: FML files are hosted on Amazon S3 by Funda

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or terms of these third-party services.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access to the Service
• That the Service will be free from errors or bugs
• That all FML files will be accessible or available
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service (if any)
• We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of FML data

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• In any way that violates Funda's terms of service
• To scrape or harvest data beyond what's necessary for FML extraction
• To create competing services or products
• To reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• To transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time
• Modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice
• Block access from specific IP addresses or regions if necessary

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
